A look back

Our house is located in the «Utoschloss», which was built as a prestigious apartment block in a neo-
baroque "castle" style between 1898 and 1900.

At that time, the Utoschloss was the first and most prominent in a row of lakeside apartment buildings located along the Utoquai and the Mythenquai.
The Utoschloss has been listed as a building of
art-historical and historico-cultural importance
since 1989.
